Jeff Bogert is a graduate of Occidental College (1983) in Los Angeles and The McGeorge School of Law (1987) in Sacramento.
Jeff has practiced law in California for twenty-five years emphasizing personal injury litigation, specifically professional malpractice, and joins The Sizemore Law Firm after fifteen years of running his own firm in Santa Monica.
Recently, Jeff has been involved in Pharmaceutical Litigation with cases against Merck (Fosamax and Nuva Ring) and Novartis (Aredia and Zometa), and participated in “Bellwether Trials” in both the Novartis Zometa and Merck Fosamax litigations.
Jeff has tried twenty-seven cases to verdict in State or Federal Court and is presently admitted to practice in United States District Courts in California, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Texas, Washington and Washington D.C..
Jeff manages all of The Sizemore Law Firm’s present litigation with specific responsibility for Depuy and Zimmer (hips and knees), Fosamax (ONJ and femur fracture), Crestor, and single incident injury claims.
Jeff lives in Santa Monica with his wife, Tamara (an Assistant to the Dean at University of Southern California’s School of Law) and their Labrador, Cooper. He enjoys watching football and grilling at home.
